RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
As we provide cash on delivery across the country, customers have the option to pay by checking the product.
So after the payment is made to the delivery man there is no refund or return option. If any defective/damaged/wrong item is received by the delivery man before the payment is made:
(in which case the return should be made with original packaging tags, labels, original packing, without tampering of serial number, along with freebies and other accessories should be return)
You can follow a few simple steps to initiate Your return:
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Support team via mobile no:01580317750 (1) hours of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide Biobliss BD with Your order ID details and Your request to return/replace the defective/wrong items in Your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for Our reference.
Step 3: A Biobliss BD delivery partner will initiate the replacement process only if the products received by Biobliss BD are in their original packaging with their seals, labels intact.
I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave Our logistics partner's warehouse. In rare case that Your product may be damaged during shipment or transit, You can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund by following the steps enumerated hereinabove.
Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

If the order or the item(s) that You want to cancel have not been shipped yet, You can write to Our customer support team on mobile no:01580317750or chat with us.
Cancellation of order is also available via the orders section in the Biobliss BD site.In this case, cancellation should be done before handing over the products to the courier company from our side.
